The BFI is looking to recruit a permanent, part-time Member Services Assistant in London.
The BFI is an internationally recognised cultural body, and the lead organisation for film in the UK. It is a Government arm’s length body and distributor of Lottery funds for film.
The Member Services Assistant is a key role in the Membership Team. You will provide wide ranging administrative support including maintaining the membership database, corresponding with members and monitoring and reconciling the Membership Team expenditure.
You will be organised with an eye for detail and have previous experience working with databases and general office systems.
Your excellent communication skills ensure you provide outstanding customer care and you enjoy working with the public.
Ideally, you will have experience working in a membership support role however this is not essential.
